Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering with group-level technical leadership.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java or Go and scalable system design for performance.
• Experience scaling shared infrastructure across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tools (Datadog).
• Ability to drive architectural clarity and strategic technical alignment across functions.
• Track record of improving developer experience, team velocity, and system sustainability.

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems in line with business strategy.
