Job summary

Albert Bow is seeking a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer (backend-leaning) in New York City for a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. You will own products end-to-end, building scalable APIs, data models, and orchestration for internal tools and customer-facing apps using Python/Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong backend skills, and track records of ownership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• End-to-end product ownership.
• Strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Startup, founding engineer, or technical leadership experience is a plus.
