Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• Strong experience designing scalable backend architectures.
• Extensive experience building production REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and multithreading/concurrency.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Architect and develop high-performance REST APIs.
• Design and optimise data models using MongoDB and Redis.
• Build reliable distributed systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
