Job summary

Chime is seeking Senior Staff and Staff Engineers to lead its Trust and Safety group. You will provide technical and architectural guidance across multiple teams, delivering scalable frameworks and secure APIs while aligning with Chime’s vision for safe, efficient member experiences.

You will mentor engineers, design scalable back-end systems, and possibly act as Team Lead for projects, ensuring high availability and performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience building high-scale back-end solutions.
• Experience leading multiple teams and guiding engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional vision with engineering and product leadership.
• Design and evolve new and existing capabilities.
• Deliver secure, reliable, high-performance infrastructure and APIs.
