Job Description

Requirements:

• Total experience of 10+ years.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server configuration, and dependency mapping.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Experience with large-scale, global ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of CMDB best practices, health dashboards, and data normalization.
• Ability to mentor team members and ensure high standards of delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of functional requirements and client needs analysis.
• Designing solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Implementing design methodologies and toolsets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating and validating WBS and effort estimates, justifying them.
• Addressing issues promptly and maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback and setting clear expectations for team members.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Proposing solutions during code/design reviews and justifying decisions.
• Conducting POCs to validate design and technology choices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
