How You'll Make an Impact
Perform complex field service operations with minimal guidance.
Deliver exceptional services in installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Exceed customer expectations by anticipating their needs.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues.
Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems independently.
Develop potential sales and business opportunities.
Suggest improvements to enhance operations and customer service.
Lead field service projects and provide direction and analysis.
Your Background
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
Trade education and experience in Industrial Mechanic or Electrical trades.
College or university degree in a technical field (electrical or mechanical engineering) is an asset.
Over 5 years of experience in technical field service work.
Hands-on experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
Knowledge of electrical testing and substation construction.
Leadership experience in coordinating and leading crews.
Proficiency in MS Office and test equipment software.
Valid US driver's license and ability to travel extensively (80%).
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
