1. Perform complex field service operations with minimal guidance.
2. Deliver exceptional installation, maintenance, and repair services.
3. Exceed customer expectations by anticipating their needs.
4. Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues.
5. Identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems independently.
6. Develop potential sales and business opportunities.
7. Suggest operational and customer service improvements.

Your Background

1. Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
2. Trade education and experience in Industrial Mechanic or Electrical trades.
3. A technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
4. Over 5 years of experience in technical field service work.
5. Hands-on experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
6. Knowledge of electrical testing and substation construction.
7. Leadership experience in coordinating and leading crews.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and test equipment software.
9. Valid US driver's license and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
10. Must have work authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
