CloudLinux Inc. is hiring a Staff Engineer for the TuxCare KernelCare and SecureChain products. The role blends hands-on software engineering with technical product ownership, about 70% coding and 30% strategy.

You will lead major components end-to-end, design scalable architectures, collaborate with engineering, product, and sales, and work autonomously in a fully remote environment. Strong Python and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A strong hands-on Python development background with production experience.
• Ability to own major projects end-to-end and translate needs into technical plans.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own major product components and end-to-end workstreams throughout their lifecycle.
• Gather and clarify requirements with engineering, product, and sales stakeholders.
• Translate goals into milestones and actionable engineering tasks.
• Design scalable architecture and make high-impact technical decisions.
• Build, review, and maintain production-grade components with reliability and security.
