You will help drive our transformation as we evolve from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission.You will lead strategy and execution of a technical roadmap, collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams, and mentor engineers while promoting psychological safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development and platform architecture experience.
• 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 3+ years of architecture and design experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with product managers and teams to solve problems.
• Develop and execute the Platform Engineering roadmap.
• Ensure quality, usability, and performance of solutions.
• Mentor engineers and sponsor continuous learning.
• Handle on-call and operations support.
• Analyze cost and forecast resource needs.
