Job summary

Veza is seeking a Senior Staff (Tech Lead) Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain IAM platform integrations for our Integrations team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance connectors for AWS, GCP, Azure, and partner services.

Lead a backend team, shaping architecture and best practices while leveraging AI/ML models to enhance integrations. Strong focus on data modeling, security, and identity across complex data systems.

Qualifications

12+ years of backend software development experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years in backend roles.
Strong proficiency in Golang and Java; RESTful API design.
Experience with data modeling, security, identity, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and build integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure and services like Box, Hashicorp, Databricks.
Lead a team of backend engineers with mentorship and guidance.
Define architecture and patterns; leverage AI/ML models for integrations.
Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Support, and customers to translate requirements into connector designs.
