Job summary

re-zoo-me seeks a Senior Software Engineer I, Integrations and Internal Systems in the United States. You will own critical internal integrations and help build AI-powered workflows across the organization.

The role spans back-office systems, data pipelines, and security, with hands-on execution and strong engineering judgment. You will evolve an MCP layer for safe agent interactions with real business systems, balancing quick fixes with durable infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years building and maintaining production system integrations, esp. ERP/WMS data movement.
Strong fundamentals: design pipelines, debug production issues, durable solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agent frameworks is valuable.
Ability to turn ambiguity into shipped functionality with incomplete specs.
Willingness to implement solutions directly and own end-to-end outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance integrations across ERP, WMS, and data warehouse.
Simplify the integration landscape and consolidate logic to reduce maintenance overhead.
Migrate flows to better infrastructure when appropriate; distinguish fixes vs durable changes.
Build and expand MCP layer with connectors for AI agents to interact with systems.
Define authentication, access controls, auditing, and governance for AI agents.
