Veza is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Graph Data Platform team. You will help design, improve, and maintain the Veza Access Graph, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity and access management experiences.

You will lead technical initiatives, set coding standards, and drive large-scale simplifications while contributing significant engineering work and mentoring peers across the org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development experience.
• Distributed systems fundamentals and data management.
• Graph database internals and RESTful API design.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert for Veza Access Graph and define coding standards.
• Solve complex problems from architecture to implementation.
• Mentor and coach team leads and ICs; drive design reviews.
