What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to develop solutions that support Finance department needs
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Lead design sessions ensuring systems meet business expectations and are efficiently designed
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to align on organizational goals and technology roadmaps
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications and share best practices across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and Financial Reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of Data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process needs into system solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
