What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake for FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for Finance data management
- Lead design sessions and cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for effective implementation
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep Finance domain expertise to collaborate with senior Finance leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
