What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support the Finance department's current and future needs using your deep functional and technical systems expertise
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle and lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design
- Collaborate with Finance leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Support the development and implementation of Revenue and Expense analytical solutions
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications while sharing best practices across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with cloud data solutions (Delta Lake, Iceberg, Hudi, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent)
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience with project management techniques
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as collaboratively
