What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for Finance data solutions
- Lead design sessions and ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data transformation processes
- Deep understanding of Finance functions, including FP&A Budgeting and Planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with Finance Data Lakes/Warehouses and Financial Reporting tools
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with project management techniques
- Knowledge of various cloud data solutions and dimensional data modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior Finance leaders
