What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficient
- Drive the implementation of Revenue and Expense analytical solutions
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with project management techniques
