What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to meet business goals
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to set strategic direction for data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient systems that align with business expectations
- Support the delivery of technology solutions for FP&A planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT, etc.
- Deep understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Familiarity with Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively
