What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to identify solutions supporting the Finance department's needs
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for building out a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for data solutions
- Support the implementation of a strong governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices
