What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance leaders and engineering teams to establish a Finance Data Mart/Lake
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design that meets business expectations
- Develop project roadmaps that align with business objectives and prioritize resource availability
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions, including PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, or SAP
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience with Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
