What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide expertise and guidance in building and maintaining a Finance Data Lake/Mart
2. Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
3. Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
4. Develop project roadmaps aligned with business objectives and resource availability
5. Support the implementation of a governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
2. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
3. 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
4. Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
2. Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
3. Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
