What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Mart/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to develop a strategic vision for Finance data usage

- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements for system solutions
- Support the implementation of control and governance frameworks for SOX and Audit compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
