About The Role

We seek a Senior Software Engineer passionate about creating products that users love. You will work on complex, enterprise-scale problems, building a state-of-the-art time series data platform, RevDB, integral to our product suite. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance RevDB focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Create features for handling large datasets, improving data pipelines, and data analysis.
• Design architecture for query and loader layers supporting our platform.
• Address complex data management challenges, including time-series databases and real-time processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric features.
• Promote engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
• Ensure timely software delivery, identify risks, and communicate effectively to meet team goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (preferably Postgres) and large-scale data systems.
• Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with scalable design patterns and ETL pipelines.
