What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Data Engineering teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for a Finance Data Lake
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet Business expectations
- Support the development and implementation of Revenue and Expense Analytical solutions
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
- Maintain a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Strong understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, or SAP)
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret senior Finance leaders' process and functional needs
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management knowledge
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
