What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, or SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret senior Finance leaders' needs
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in a fast-paced environment
