Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States seeks a Staff Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing to lead development of manufacturing solutions for rotating parts across multiple discs, shafts, and seals. You will collaborate with NC programmers, CMM programmers, and methods planners to drive CNC programming, inspection programming, and process development.

The role focuses on maturation of concurrent technologies, NPI, and new equipment implementation while guiding cross‑functional teams and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or HS Diploma with 4+ years in aerospace manufacturing and PM.
• Minimum 5 years of additional aerospace manufacturing and PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, evaluate, and introduce advanced manufacturing solutions for current and future production.
• Lead technical direction on large projects with high business impact.
• Industrialize rotating parts into shop including tooling, fixturing, and process routing.
