GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to influence production processes, tooling, and equipment across the shop floor. You will lead a team of professionals, assess design specs, and drive decisions with strong judgment to improve product quality and timeliness.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience (or 10+ with a high school diploma) and proven ability to manage programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering plus minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
• Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals and others; influences policy formulation.
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and suggests best practices to improve products or processes.
• Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks in manufacturing/engineering.
• Leads functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements and communicates complex concepts.
