You will collaborate with NC and CMM programmers, methods planners, and cross-functional teams to drive CNC programming, process development, and project execution.

The role emphasizes developing state-of-the-art aerospace machining, optimizing cycle time and tool life, while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or HS Diploma with 4 years in aerospace manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 additional years of aerospace manufacturing and project management experience.
• Experience with machining, tooling, fixtures, NC programming, and process development.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage capital equipment and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, evaluate, and introduce advanced manufacturing solutions for current and future state production.
• Lead technical direction on large projects with significant business impact.
• Industrialize new rotating parts into shop with process routing, tooling, fixturing, and inspection plans.
• Evaluate and implement new machining, inspection, and automation equipment; support CapEx and runoffs.
