Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes across multiple work areas. The role focuses on precision machining, assembly, and special processes to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient results.

You will work cross-functionally to provide tooling, fixtures, equipment, and procedures. Emphasis on root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and adherence to production schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, technology.

Responsibilities

• Determine safe manufacturing processes ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Assist supervisors and operators to resolve process problems; drive root cause and permanent corrective actions.
• Evaluate processes via trials; collaborate with design, quality, vendors; observe operators.
