Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience) + minimum of 3 years manufacturing
• Experience applying manufacturing processes and best practices within a team
• Ability to influence decisions and work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree, primarily tactical.
• Developing specialized knowledge and serving as best-practice resource within own discipline.
• Uses judgment to solve moderately complex tasks in manufacturing, engineering or technology contexts.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks.
