Johnson Health Center seeks a Dental Director to lead clinical operations, educate patients on oral health, and drive community health initiatives. This role oversees staff, coordinates care, and ensures high standards of professional conduct within a fast-paced multi-site practice.

The Dental Director will supervise clinic personnel, develop care plans, and collaborate with the Medical Director to address community health needs while maintaining compliance with OSHA and professional guidelines.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited dental school.
• Minimum five years clinical experience preferred.
• Administrative, management, and budget development experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges required.
• Knowledge of modern dentistry and public health principles.

Responsabilidades

• Educates patients on dental disease and preventative home care.
• Supervises dental clinic staff and manages daily operations.
• Provides comprehensive dental care including diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Records patient-dentist transactions in the electronic dental record.
• Represents the clinic in the local community and state level.
• Leads department meetings and communicates with supervisor.
• Demonstrates reliability and maintains schedules.
• Complies with OSHA infection control guidelines.
