Job summary

The HealthCare Connection is seeking a Clinical Director, Dental Services to provide senior leadership for the dental program. The role maintains an active clinical practice around 60% of the time and directs dentists, hygienists, and the Dental Practice Manager to ensure clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer on quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance while driving strategic growth and access to care

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS required.
• Current unrestricted Ohio dental license.
• DEA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care while maintaining an active clinical practice ~60% of the time.
• Lead and develop dentists, hygienists, and the Dental Practice Manager for accountability and growth.
• Partner with the Chief Dental Officer on quality, safety, infection prevention, and policies.
