Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to drive the architectural evolution of PMIC and mixed-signal product lines. You will lead major blocks from spec to silicon verification and guide cross-functional teams worldwide.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and collaborate with customers to meet performance, area, and power targets in a multi‑disciplinary, innovation‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in power management or IC design.
• Experience leading complex IC projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multicultural teams and customers.
• Ability to drive engineering initiatives and process improvements under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal PMIC products from spec to silicon verification.
• Act as global technical authority and primary contact, mentoring design teams.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation to ensure production readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methodologies and processes.
• Support roadmap planning and align with market trends and CMOS process tech.
