Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog/mixed-signal PMIC blocks and top-level products, from spec to silicon verification.
• Act as global technical authority, mentoring engineers and ensuring design excellence.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation to ensure production readiness.
• Drive company-wide engineering improvements, methodologies, and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning and align advice with CMOS process trends.
