Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to act as a technical focal point for major analog and power-management circuit blocks within PMIC and mixed-signal products.

You will lead design, simulation, verification, and layout supervision while remaining hands-on in circuit design and mentoring other engineers. You will guide architectural decisions, interact with cross-functional teams, and drive lab evaluation and silicon characterization.

Qualifications

• Significant analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• CMOS transistor-level design, simulation, verification, debugging.
• Experience taking circuit blocks from spec to tape-out and production.

Responsibilities

• Own major analog and power-management blocks.
• Lead design, simulation, verification, and layout supervision of CMOS PMIC circuits.
• Provide technical guidance and lead design reviews.
