Job summary

Partner Company, a growing global technology platform, seeks a Senior Staff Accountant in the United States. You will manage the financial close, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cross‑functional accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CA/CMA or equivalent designation is advantageous but not required.
• Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience with close, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and communicate insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting with providers.
• Provide cross-functional support across AP, AR, treasury, travel & expenses, procurement, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Strengthen accounting controls, documentation, and processes while enabling scalable workflows.
• Partner with the controller on financial and operational initiatives and special projects.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and banks.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues across locations and functions.
