Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant to own key close processes, manage reconciliations, and support financial planning in a fast-moving environment.

You will work across finance and non-finance teams, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and timely insights. The role offers remote US-based work with quarterly travel possibilities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience including close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills and experience with Netsuite; quick to learn new tools.
• Experience in treasury, travel and expense processing, management, and procurement.
• Experience in a small, high-growth company or startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Exposure to strong controls and high-quality financial reporting in a larger organization.

Responsibilities

• Own key elements of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support accurate financial statements and management reporting.
• Analyze results, identify variances and trends, and translate findings into business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Partner with payroll providers and internal stakeholders for accurate payroll processing and reporting.
• Assist the controller with special projects and tax, audit, and compliance activities as needed.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable and expense management as required.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects requiring accounting input.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, payroll partners, banks, and service providers.
