Job description

This role is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per month (subject to ABW rules) in our Needham, MA office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the global month-end close process including booking journal entries
  • Reconcile, analyze, and track assigned general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies
  • Support the preparation of international statutory financial statements and related journal entries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally
  • Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger, review invoices, perform depreciation, and reconcile
  • Assist in documenting and monitoring internal controls
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation
  • Contribute to other accounting projects and month-end activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong academic performance
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting functions and internal controls
  • Public accounting experience and/or CPA preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Flexible in a high-growth environment
