Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced SRE to own the availability of critical CICD services and drive automation across a large-scale platform. You will mentor engineers, lead design talks, and push reliability improvements while integrating AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency.

This remote US role emphasizes collaboration across time zones and on-call accountability, with a strong focus on security-first operations and scalable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (U.S. citizenship or green card).
• 10+ years in large-scale production SRE or infra environments.
• 3+ years applying AI-assisted workflows to boost engineering efficiency.
• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying CI/CD tools, IaC, SCM, and observability platforms.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and data infrastructure stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own availability and health of key CICD services across the platform.
• Build software to manage platform infra and automate deployments.
• On-call for owned services; lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Analyze metrics for performance tuning and root-cause analysis.
• Lead design reviews, readiness reviews, and capacity planning.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into team processes and adoption.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and retrospectives.
• Evaluate emerging tech and advise on roadmap.
• Develop automated reporting on service health and compliance.
• Collaborate with peers to raise reliability across teams.
