Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior SRE to own the availability and health of critical services within the internal CI/CD environment. You will build tooling to manage platform infrastructure and drive automation for deployment at scale.

You will also lead incident response, metrics analysis, and capacity planning while mentoring engineers. The role emphasizes integrating AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and security, with remote work options across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale production SRE or infrastructure.
• 3+ years leveraging AI-assisted workflows to increase engineering efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• On-premise & cloud CI/CD tools deployment (Bazel, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Kubernetes, data infra (Cassandra, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch).
• Scripting languages: Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Own the availability and health of key services within the CICD environment.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications; drive automation for deployment.
• Carry on-call responsibility; drive incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Gather and analyze metrics to support performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Lead system design discussions, production readiness reviews, and capacity planning.
