UnitedMasters is seeking an experienced SRE/Infrastructure engineer to own reliability and security across our AWS-based platform. You will partner with platform, data, QA and product teams to build tooling, monitoring, and incident response that scales with our growing ecosystem.

This coaching and consulting role emphasizes architecting agentic security pipelines, threat modeling, and secure-by-default practices, with leadership in on-call and long-term strategy for reliability and cost balance.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-to-staff level SRE/infra experience at scale.
• Hands-on security experience to lead security conversations without a dedicated team.
• Practical experience building with LLMs and agentic systems.

Aufgaben

• Partner with platform, data, QA, and product teams to understand automation, infrastructure, monitoring and security needs.
• Build tooling and processes to address the surfaced problems.
• Develop an agentic vulnerability detection and mitigation pipeline with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
• Embed security into the development lifecycle with threat modeling and supply-chain hygiene.
• Lead security and reliability incident response as a first-class concern.
• Define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets, and guide teams to set theirs.
• Steer system design toward reusable tooling ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Join on-call rotation to spot gaps and coach on response.
