Job summary

DISQO is expanding its SecDevOps-focused team in a high-growth environment. You will collaborate with engineers to deliver secure, reliable software, build automation-first solutions, and develop AI agentive platforms, including MCP servers, to shift engineering effort away from routine maintenance toward high-value work.

This hybrid role emphasizes security, scalability, and observability while leveraging leading AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps or similar engineering roles.
• Hands-on AI SRE/DevOps agent experience preferred.
• Strong experience with AWS services and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers to deliver best-in-class software products.
• Drive SecDevOps culture focusing on security, reliability and cost.
• Build zero-trust security designs for new services.
• Champion automation to improve velocity and deliverability.
• Participate in design, planning and incident response for reliability.
• Develop tooling for self-service by product teams.
• Create AI agentic platforms and MCP servers to reduce manual toil.
