Job summary

DISQO Nation is seeking a Senior Security Engineer who will take charge of our security posture encompassing AWS cloud and endpoint security. This role involves hands-on operations, incident response, and the use of AI coding agents to enhance security automation.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in cloud security, alongside strong knowledge of AWS security features. The position includes a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud security or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security features and services.
• Hands-on incident response experience.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Go or similar.
• Experience with SOC 2 or similar audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the security of AWS: IAM, networking, encryption, KMS.
• Run day-to-day SecOps: detection engineering, alert triage.
• Implement Zero Trust principles across systems.
• Use AI coding agents to automate security processes.
• Manage third-party security assessments and vendor relationships.
