Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and maintaining cloud infra in Azure or AWS.
• Experience applying AI within CloudOps operations.
• 5+ years writing software in C#/.NET or Java.
• 5+ years creating automated deployments with CI/CD tools.
• 5+ years monitoring production performance with APM tools.
• Experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).

Responsibilities

• Champion SRE culture to maintain high-quality SaaS platform.
• Use AI tools for observability and automated remediation.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to meet SLOs/SLAs.
• Automate runbooks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate across teams and lead on-call incident response.
• Stay ahead on latest tooling and best practices.
