Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, performance, and operational integrity of critical production services. You will manage the full service lifecycle from design to live ops, with autonomy across AWS, hybrid data centers, and customer-hosted environments.

You will define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response, and build self-healing automation while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SRE or reliability-focused engineering with end-to-end service ownership.
• Strong software engineering skills across modern languages and frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Own production services end to end with focus on reliability and performance.
• Define and manage SLIs and SLOs using error budgets to guide delivery decisions.
• Debug complex production issues across code, services and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and drive continuous improvement through automation.
