Job summary

Artha is seeking a Senior Site-Reliability Engineer based in the United States to enhance reliability, availability, and performance of Windows-based production environments. You will bridge development and operations, driving automation, observability, and incident response in a hybrid infrastructure.

Responsibilities include designing scalable IaC, automating provisioning with PowerShell/Python, and leading post-mortems while improving release pipelines for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems Admin, DevOps, or SRE roles with focus on reliability.
• Strong Windows Server (2016+) and AD, IIS, SQL experience.
• Cloud experience, AWS preferred; IaC and automation emphasis.
• Advanced scripting and REST API integrations for automation.
• Terraform for provisioning; Puppet or Chef for config management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using IaC.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configmgmt (PowerShell, Python).
• Manage configuration, with Terraform, Puppet or Chef across hybrid infra.
• Monitor health and performance with observability tools; enforce SLAs/SLOs.
• Participate in on-call, perform root cause analyses and on-call improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployments and release processes.
• Create runbooks and architecture docs; lead post-mortems and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot multi-layer infra issues with a focus on reliability.
