Devopsroles is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to improve production reliability and performance. You will lead incident reviews, drive remediation, and collaborate with multiple teams to align on plans and schedules.

The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Linux/Windows knowledge, and hands-on Kubernetes experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Infra roles.
Experience supporting highly available production systems.
Experience leading incident reviews and remediation planning.
Experience across infra, app, security, and ops teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Lead incident response, postmortems, root-cause analysis, and gap assessments.
Identify risks across production environments and drive remediation actions.
Coordinate changes, service requests, and operational tasks with stakeholders.
Develop automation and runbooks for provisioning, health checks, and deployments.
Build dashboards and monitoring to communicate system health and incidents trends.
Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including Kubernetes and security.
