TrueLogic is hiring for a Site Reliability Operations role focused on 24/7 infrastructure stability and mission-critical backend systems. You will balance incident command, troubleshooting, and project leadership in a regulated, high-stakes environment.

This fully remote position requires deep experience with AWS, monitoring tools, and CI/CD, with a swing shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM PST. You’ll coordinate with developers and vendors while driving modernization efforts.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in an Operations Center (SRO/NOC) or cloud infra environment with hands-on full-stack deployments.
• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX/Linux administration and troubleshooting, incl. scripting and log analysis.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Scripting or programming capability to automate tasks (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab) and ITSM ticket systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong written and verbal communication bridging technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-platform IT infrastructure health using AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Nagios, and SumoLogic; refine alert thresholds for proactive remediation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues; troubleshoot across Linux/UNIX, Windows, and virtual environments.
• Coordinate, automate, and execute code deployments using CI/CD tools for non-disruptive releases.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and Incident Management.
• Lead medium to large-scale infrastructure projects including migrations and cloud upgrades.
• Maintain SOPs and oversee enterprise backup operations (CommVault, Veeam, AWS Backup).
