Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Site Reliability Operations professional to ensure 24/7 stability of internal IT infrastructure and critical backend systems. The role balances incident management, technical troubleshooting, and project leadership within a regulated environment.

The position offers a 2 PM–10:30 PM PST swing shift, 100% remote work from Mexico, and collaboration with top US clients. Ideal for experienced SRO/NOC with cloud and automation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Operations Center or cloud infrastructure environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX/Linux administration.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-platform IT infrastructure health using monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Nagios, SumoLogic).
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across OS & virtual environments.
• Coordinate deployments using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and Incident Management.
• Drive medium-to large-scale infrastructure projects (migrations, cloud upgrades).
• Maintain SOPs and oversee enterprise backup operations (CommVault, Veeam, AWS Backup).
