Job summary

Truelogic, a nearshore provider with 600+ tech professionals, seeks an experienced Site Reliability Operations engineer to ensure 24/7 stability of critical IT infrastructure for a leading financial services client. This is a full-time remote role with a swing shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM PST.

You will balance incident command, technical troubleshooting, project leadership, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Strong cloud, automation, and monitoring skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Operations Center (SRO/NOC) or cloud infrastructure with hands-on deployments.
• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and virtual server/desktop management.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, Nagios, SumoLogic).
• Scripting or programming in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-platform IT infrastructure health using AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Nagios, and SumoLogic; refine alert thresholds to minimize noise.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues; troubleshoot across Linux/UNIX, Windows, virtual servers and desktops.
• Coordinate, automate, and execute code deployments using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar CI/CD tools for non-disruptive releases.
